We are looking for a positive, highly motivated self-starter to join our team! RGL's culture is to guide and develop our people, empower them to make decisions at the appropriate levels, and give them the tools to be successful and feel fulfilled, all in a safe and healthy environment.

Our Network Administrator will mainly be responsible for the following:

  • Configure and manage RGL's Azure Cloud Environment: O365, Azure AD, Azure Virtual Desktop, Microsoft Endpoint Manager
  • Support, troubleshoot, test, and configure desktops, laptops and forklift technical equipment
  • Available for rotating after hours on call support
  • Software security, license management and installation
  • Ensure compliance of Windows updates for all RGL resources
  • Monitor and troubleshoot end client anti-virus software
  • Maintain technical documentation for software administration, licenses, end user processes, and physical diagrams
  • Monitor performance and maintain systems per requirements
  • Manage and troubleshoot SIP services
  • Advanced troubleshooting of WiFi, Ethernet, and WAN connectivity
  • Manage hardware inventory using Microsoft Endpoint Management
  • Mobile device management through Apple Business Manager, Samsung Knox
  • Administration and troubleshooting of hybrid active directory users, groups, and computers, active directory domain group policy and DNS and DHCP
  • SaaS application management
  • Printer setup and support
  • Windows Server OS deployment and hardening
  • Ownership of vendor relationships
  • Pricing and procurement of hardware, software and licenses to meet RGL's standards
  • Basic Powershell and Linux Shell scripting
  • Provide support that emphasizes customer service and root cause analysis
  • Project management for IT related projects (task completion, cost analysis, communication, timeline adherence)
  • Assist with the development and implementation of IT strategy

  • Minimum 3 years of related work experience
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Windows servers, networking, cloud architecture, automation and scripting, and security protocols

Relevant Certifications (not required)

  • Azure Administrator Certification
