RGL Logistics has immediate openings for a full-time Customer Solutions Specialist within Transportation Solutions at our corporate office in Green Bay, Wisconsin.

Our Customer Solutions Specialist is responsible for supporting the transportation team in a variety of tasks, including.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with teammates, customers, and carriers
- Analyze market and internal data to support effectively managing service and cost with customers and carriers
- Skillfully quote and negotiate transportation rates with customers and carriers while balancing their business needs with RGL's business goals
- Utilize system tools and resources to spot price lanes, create shipments, schedule appointments, and support the dispatching and tracking of freight
- Resolve transportation and customer service issues in an effective and timely manner
- Provide exemplary customer service and solutions for RGL's current and prospective customer base to support earning the right to grow with them
- Dispatch shipments to core carriers on select, contracted lanes
- Demonstrate professional communication via phone, email, and in person as well as other modes of communication as appropriate

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Must be a team player who can shift gears quickly to support the business needs of RGL
- Detail oriented
- Proficient with MS Office Suite required and other transportation related software is preferred
- Ability to learn skills quickly
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills
- High initiative, ability to manage multiple tasks
- Interpersonal skills with Customer Service focus
- Must be flexible & adaptable to changing business needs
